- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is a 5 star cattery. Take Mr Hawkins review with a big pinch of salt. He cancelled his cats stay the day before the cat was due to stay. He never phoned to speak in person, just emailed his late cancellation. The cattery replied saying they were sorry to hear he was no longer going on holiday and said that if they could re book his cats pen then they would not charge him for the stay. Late cancellation has a chargeable term and condition. Unfortunately nobody rang for a lat minute booking so mr Hawkins was sent an invoice for the amount he owed. That's when the abusive emails started with him arguing about why should he pay. He then made 2 agressive phone calls that were YES terminated. He has happily used the cattery before but seems to rate it poorly when he owed them money. He did pay. So maybe this was a case of bad customer and NOT bad customer service.by Heather HolleyMarch 28, 2017
