- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Myself and my partner keep tropical fish and often shop in Pets at Home Taunton as it is very convenient for us. Over the past few months we have visited the store on many occasions only to leave in disappointment. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful when you can find them. We usually have to walk round the store looking for someone to help us and even then have had to wait for over 15 minutes to be served. I could understand this if they were busy but the store is usually very quiet. On a recent visit we told a member of staff, who was stacking shelves, that we wanted to purchase some fish to which they repiled "We're busy" This is thoroughly unacceptable customer service and i won't be using the store again.by kirsty boltonOctober 06, 2017
